Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was great. Having a small kitchen was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Easy check in, and staff very friendly and excellent customer service. Room was very clean, with a good lay out. Clean bedsheets, however the mattress protector had seen better days. Bathroom was on the small side and the door was really heavy and slammed.

The room has a kitchen, which is very suitable for a family trip. The hotel is in a great location, close to Beatles Square and the museum. There is a food court next to the hotel with many dining options, but it will be a bit noisy at night. It will not affect you when you are tired. High cost performance.
